November wrap-up

November was busy! The beginning of the month took me to Phoenix, AZ where I was able to meet with another great ministry – CCTP. They help ex-cons get training and placement in the construction field. I was also able to perform for Extended Hands Ministries for a number of folks in recovery. It was an incredible night. Lots of tears shed and new relationships formed. I’ll be heading back towards the end of January and I’m so excited to connect with folks again.

Late November took us to Austin, TX where we performed at various transitional living homes throughout the weekend. Such a blessing to bring music and joy to folks struggling to get by. Our highlight was joining up with Forgiven Ministry at a prison in Dilly, TX. Forgiven brings in the children of inmates for a day with their fathers! We were able to perform for the fathers first, then perform for them after they were reunited with their kids. Wow I cried a lot. It was a profound event for us and we’re so excited to join Forgiven at many more events this year!
